SHIPPING POLICY

Please note orders are shipped within 2 - 5 business days after the purchase is made. When purchasing, please be sure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for items lost or returned due to a bad address. We are happy to resend returned items but you may be responsible for covering shipping charges. In certain circumstances, orders can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. 
INTERNATIONAL Customers: We are happy to ship to international addresses. Please be sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate as we are unable to determine if anything is missing. We ship USPS unless other arrangements are made. The buyer assumes all responsibility for lost packages. Purchase at your own risk. When items are shipped USPS, tracking information is only available to the US port. We are happy to ship UPS, USPS Express International or Certified Mail at the customer's expense. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Be aware that because we trust the quality of our products, once you purchase a doll you cannot return it. All dolls are well examined before shipped to our clients. Thank you for your understanding!
